Max Clifford
All that glitters is gold.
After realizing he was on the wrong foot being in the job market Max switched to Journalism but was elevated by the glittering pop world, working for EMI as a press and publicity man.
Pronto he was given the assignment to promote an unknown Liverpudlian called The Beatles. It’s unknown how much Max should be credited for their subsequent fame but if his present ventures are to be taken into consideration then presumably quite a bit!
Max went on to promote the likes of Tom Jones, Jimi Hendrix and the Bee Gees.
Max went beyond his limitations and started to represent celebrities of any description including Frank Sinatra, Mohammed Ali, David Copperfield Freddie Starr and infamously OJ Simpson. Off late Max has also helped unknowns get their story media attention. Max time and again takes part in debates at both Oxford and Cambridge. Whilst serious journalists often have dismissed him they still named him PR Personality of the Year in a survey conducted by The Drum Magazine.
Max Clifford is a man of great contrast, relentless in his pursuit in gaining his client publicity yet dedicating a lot of time and money in helping charities and those less fortunate.
Having worked with many of the worlds most famous people Max is an entertaining and compelling speaker.
