This man has a passion for cooking Antony opened his maiden restaurant, Menage a Trois, in Knightsbridge in 1981. Since then he has launched several successful restaurants. Wiz and Woz in West London and Metro in Jersey are the new sprung ones — all of which reflect his spirited and contemporary approach to food as well as his talent for interior design. He is delightful as the resident cook on BBC2’s Food and Drink as well as one of the most well liked presenters of Ready Steady Cook. Anthony is also known for writing various cookbooks and cooking columns. Antony is perfect for speaking or appearing at any food or hospitality event and is splendid for Gourmet nights. |
