		FAQ:
		I’ve never booked a motivational speaker or an after dinner speaker before. What if I don’t know the kind of speaker I need? This often happens and this is where we excel. Our extensive experience allows us to gauge the requirements for your event and from this we can recommend the best speakers for you.
		How much do speakers cost? After dinner speakers start around £750 and motivational speakers start at around £1,500. Celebrity speakers start at around £2,500.
		Will I be able to communicate directly with the speaker prior to my event? Once you have finalised your decision on the speaker we can arrange for a briefing call or meeting with the speaker.
		Do you charge a fee? No, the speakers fee is inclusive of a fee they pay us.
		Once I choose a speaker, what’s happens next? We will send a contract along with any other relevant information. If you are booking a motivational speaker, business speaker or a conference host we will then arrange for a full briefing to take place. In most cases briefing calls with the speaker are unnecessary for after dinner speakers as we will have already advised them fully.
		How long do they speak for? After dinner speakers tend to speak for 30 to 45 minutes and motivational speakers speak for between an hour and 1 ½ hours.
		Will the speaker sign books and give autographs or be available for a VIP photo session? In most cases they are very happy to do all of these.
		Can the speakers be video taped or filmed? In most cases it can be arranged if requested in advance and in writing. Based on the desired use and outcome of the tape, sometimes there are copyrights, royalties and external contractual issues that need to be addressed. Some speakers, mostly high profile speakers, do not allow filming under any circumstances.
		What if the speaker is ill? We will endeavour to find a suitable replacement speaker who you are happy with. We have never failed to do this.
		Are there any other expenses? Apart from the speakers fee it is possible that there will be travel and accommodation expenses as well. Each engagement is different and we make it crystal clear from the outset if these fees will apply.
